Sujit Bhayani is the Founder & Managing Director of Sudeep Group. A graduate in Chemistry from the University of Tulsa, he has poured both his emotions and rationality into the business for the past 35 years. His unwavering dedication to diversification and growth has been instrumental in transforming Sudeep Group into a leading ingredient solution provider for the pharmaceutical and food industries. He is widely recognised as the driving force behind the company’s overarching vision and mission. In his role as Managing Director, he passionately assumes the responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and strategically directing the organisation towards achieving its summit.
Shanil Bhayani, a Finance Graduate from Drexel University, USA, is an integral part of Sudeep Group as a Director. He has brought fresh, innovative ideas with a well-defined diversity to the company, contributing to its inspiration, transformation, and growth. His primary objective has been to accelerate sales with the introduction of new products for the pharmaceutical industry, a strategy that has yielded remarkable results. With the launch of Sudeep Nutrition, he aims to capitalise on the burgeoning opportunities in the nutrition ingredients market. Dr Michael Hempe is a key figure on the board of Sudeep Group, representing JRS in several joint ventures. As a group board member of the JRS Group (CTO), his purview includes the operational management of international affiliated companies, overseeing investment projects worldwide (with 50+ plants and 2000+ employees), including greenfield projects, and the development of process technology. His invaluable contribution to the board of Sudeep Group has played a pivotal role in strategising and planning business procedures, ultimately contributing to the organisation’s sustained growth and success.
Nils Gersonde, a summa cum laude graduate with a Master of Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the prestigious WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management in Vallendar, holds a pivotal role as a group board member of JRS (Group CFO). His responsibilities encompass operational management, P&L responsibility for international affiliated companies, group controlling, international finance, tax, HR, corporate development, and M&A. He also represents JRS on the board of several joint ventures. With his extensive management experience, Sudeep Group has successfully navigated challenges on its path to success.
