Sujit Bhayani is the Founder and Managing Director of the Sudeep Group. A Chemistry graduate from the University of Tulsa, he has been the guiding force behind the company’s growth for over 35 years. With a unique blend of strategic foresight and personal commitment, he has played a pivotal role in transforming Sudeep Group into a leading provider of ingredient solutions for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Renowned for his visionary leadership, Mr. Bhayani is the architect of the Group’s long-term strategy and values. As Managing Director, he leads with purpose—driving innovation, diversification, and operational excellence, while steering the organization toward its ambitious goals.
A Finance graduate from Drexel University, USA, serves as a Director at the Sudeep Group and plays an instrumental role in its continued evolution. Bringing fresh, innovative ideas and a strong sense of diversity in thinking, he has contributed significantly to the company’s inspiration, transformation, and growth.
With a clear focus on accelerating sales, Shanil has driven the introduction of new products for the pharmaceutical industry—a strategy that has delivered remarkable results. He further expanded the Group’s vision with the launch of Sudeep Nutrition, aiming to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the nutrition ingredients market.

Raghunandan Satyanarayan Rao has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since September 13, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
He brings with him extensive experience in the FMCG sector, having held various leadership roles over the years. Prior to joining our Company, he served as Chief Executive Officer – International Business at Dabur India Limited, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s global footprint.
Ajay Kandelkar currently oversees the Production, Engineering, Quality, and Stores functions at our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology from Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth and brings with him extensive experience in the food and nutraceuticals industry.
Before joining our Company, Mr. Kandelkar held key leadership roles including General Manager – Operations at Food Service (India) Private Limited and Sudeep Nutrition Private Limited, and Senior General Manager – Operations at Drytech Processes (India) Private Limited.
He joined our Company as Vice President – Operations on October 9, 2023, and was subsequently appointed as Whole-time Director, bringing valuable operational expertise and strategic insight to the leadership team.
Reshma Suresh Patel has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since September 13, 2024. She holds a certification in Graphic and Packaging Technology from the Graphical Arts Technical Foundation, Pittsburgh.
She brings with her extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals and manufacturing sectors, having held leadership roles across reputed organizations. Prior to joining our Company, she served as Director at Shreno Publications Limited, Shilchar Technologies Limited, and Shri Dinesh Mills Limited, contributing significantly to their strategic and operational growth.
Samaresh Parida has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since September 13, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also an Associate Member of both the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
With a distinguished career in finance, he brings with him a wealth of experience across diverse business environments. Prior to joining our Company, he served as a Director at Avesta Good Earth Foods Private Limited, where he contributed to strategic financial oversight and corporate governance.
Sujit Gulati has been serving as an Independent Director on the Board of our Company since September 13, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
He brings with him extensive managerial and administrative experience, having served in various senior capacities within the Government of Gujarat. Prior to joining our Company, he retired from public service as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, where he played a key role in policy formulation and governance across critical sectors.
